Return & Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to submit a return request.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned in the exact condition it was delivered to you—unworn, unused, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide your receipt or proof of purchase to complete the process.

If your return request is approved, we will send you detailed, step-by-step instructions for returning your item. Please note: we cannot accept any items that are sent back to us without a prior return request being submitted and approved.
Damages and Issues
We recommend inspecting your order as soon as you receive it. If the item is defective, damaged, or you receive the incorrect product, please contact us immediately. This allows us to quickly evaluate the issue and take the necessary steps to resolve it for you.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Custom products (including special orders, personalized items, and products created using artwork provided by the customer) are not eligible for standard returns. If you have any questions or concerns about your specific custom item, please reach out to us directly.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns for sale items or gift cards under any circumstances.
Exchanges
The fastest way to receive the item you want is to first initiate a return for the product you currently have. Once your return is approved and processed, you can place a separate order for the new item you wish to purchase.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
Notwithstanding our standard 30-day return policy, if your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days for any reason, with no need to provide a justification. As with our standard returns, the item must be returned in the same condition it was received—unworn, unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide your receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you via email to confirm whether your refund has been approved or denied. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please be aware that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund to your account.
