- Clean Your Device: Wipe the surface of your device with a damp cloth to remove all stains. You may also use the included cleaning cloth for this task.
- Dry Your Device: Pat the device dry with a clean towel to ensure no water residue remains, then let it sit for a few minutes to allow any leftover moisture to evaporate completely.
- Prepare the Workspace: Find a flat, clean area as your workbench (kitchen countertops are recommended). Make sure to clear away all dust, hair, and food crumbs.
- Clean Your Hands: Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and warm water after getting up to remove oil, then dry them completely with a clean towel.
- Preprocess the Decal: While the decal is still attached to its backing paper, carefully poke out the small cutouts (e.g., for microphones and speakers on iPhones) using a safety pin or paper clip.
- Apply the Decal: Gently peel the decal off the backing paper and start applying it from one side of the device. Use the other edges as a guide to align it perfectly, taking your time. If bubbles or wrinkles appear during application, press gently with your fingers—the decal’s channeled adhesive will squeeze the bubbles out automatically.
- Installation Complete: Congratulations! You’ve successfully applied your first custom decal. Now show off your newly refreshed device to the world!
