VibeDecal Wholesale Policy
I. Scope of Application
These Terms apply to all enterprises, retailers, distributors, and e-commerce sellers (collectively referred to as “Wholesalers”) who apply for wholesale cooperation through official channels (email, online wholesale form, or dedicated account manager). Individual consumer orders are not eligible for this wholesale policy. All wholesale collaborations shall be subject to the confirmed order contract/confirmation letter between both parties, with these Terms deemed accepted by default.
II. Core Discount Rules (More for Less)
(A) Discount Tiers (Based on Single Order Amount/Quantity, Whichever is More Beneficial)

Advanced Wholesale Order 45% off official retail price Single order amount ≥ $2,000 OR single product quantity ≥ 200 units
Premium Wholesale Order 60% off official retail price Single order amount ≥ $5,000 OR single product quantity ≥ 500 units
Custom Wholesale Order (Personalized Designs) 5% additional discount on the corresponding tier Meets the above order amount/quantity requirements; no copyright disputes on custom designs
(B) Additional Benefits
Cumulative Cashback: Earn an extra 3% cashback for annual cumulative wholesale purchases ≥ $10,000, or 5% for ≥ $30,000 (cashback is credited as store credit for the next quarter’s orders);
Free Shipping: Complimentary shipping within the contiguous 48 U.S. states (UPS Ground by default) for single orders ≥ $3,000;
Priority Fulfillment: Premium Wholesale Orders ship within 24 hours of placement, Advanced Wholesale Orders within 48 hours—prioritized over retail orders;
Sample Support: First-time Wholesalers may request up to 2 samples per product at 50% of the retail price. Sample fees are deductible from the official order amount upon placement.
III. Order Process
Cooperation Application: Wholesalers must submit corporate qualifications (business license/tax registration certificate) and proof of sales channels (physical store address/e-commerce store link) via official email: help@vibedecal.com;
Qualification Review: Review completes within 3 business days. Approved applicants will be assigned a dedicated account manager, who will provide the wholesale price list and ordering channel;
Order Confirmation: Wholesalers submit orders via email/online form (specifying product model, quantity, custom requirements, etc.). The account manager will send an order confirmation (including total price, discount, and delivery date) within 12 hours;
Payment & Settlement: Wholesalers must pay a 30% advance payment within 48 hours of order confirmation. The balance is due before shipment (except for orders with agreed installment terms);
Shipment & Tracking: Orders will be shipped as scheduled once full payment is received. The account manager will share the tracking number and logistics link.
IV. Payment & Settlement Terms
Payment Methods: Accepts Telegraphic Transfer (T/T), Credit Card (Visa/Mastercard), and PayPal Business Account. T/T is recommended for large orders (≥ $5,000) to avoid processing fees;
Payment Deadline: Unpaid advance payments will result in automatic order cancellation. Late balance payments will incur a 0.5% daily late fee (capped at 10% of the total order amount);
Invoicing: Electronic invoices (detailing products, discounts, and shipping costs) will be provided within 7 business days of shipment. Request paper invoices in advance;
Refund Policy: No refunds for non-quality-related issues. For delays or errors caused by VibeDecal, Wholesalers may negotiate refunds or replacements. Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of issue confirmation.
V. Logistics & Shipping
Shipping Carriers: Defaults to UPS/FedEx. Wholesalers may specify alternative carriers (additional fees apply);
Delivery Time: 3-7 business days for the contiguous U.S.; 7-15 business days for international shipments (Canada/Mexico, excluding customs clearance time);
Shipping Costs: Charged at actual logistics rates for orders < $3,000. Wholesalers may choose prepaid or collect shipping;
Customs Responsibilities: Wholesalers bear customs duties and clearance fees for international orders. VibeDecal provides necessary documents (commercial invoice, packing list).
VI. Product Quality & After-Sales Service
Quality Standards: All wholesale products meet the same standards as retail products and comply with relevant FCC regulations—free of scratches, bubbles, and with guaranteed adhesion;
Inspection Period: Wholesalers must inspect goods within 7 business days of receipt. Quality claims require clear photo/video evidence. Failure to report issues within the period constitutes acceptance of product quality;
Return & Exchange: Replacements (same model/specification) are offered for quality defects, with round-trip shipping covered by VibeDecal. Non-quality issues (e.g., wrong order, changed requirements) are not eligible for returns but may be negotiated for discounted resale or store credit;
Warranty: 6-month warranty from the date of receipt. Free replacements for non-human-induced damages within the warranty period.
VII. General Terms
Price Adjustments: VibeDecal reserves the right to adjust wholesale prices with 15 days’ prior notice. Confirmed orders will be honored at the original price;
Copyright Protection: Wholesalers may not modify product designs, logos, or misuse promotional materials. Violations will result in legal liability;
Termination of Cooperation: Either party may terminate cooperation for breaches of these Terms. Outstanding payments must be settled within 10 days of termination;
Dispute Resolution: Disputes shall be resolved through negotiation first. Unresolved disputes will be submitted to the California Arbitration Association for arbitration.
